New-generation Renault Duster
New-generation Renault Duster
The next Duster SUV generation is being developed by the
Renault-owned company Dacia. It is presently being tested and is anticipated to
make its debut on the global market the following year, then get an Indian
release. We have received new surveillance images of the Duster SUV; let's take
a closer look at the significant modifications. With a flatter front profile
and larger overhangs than its Renault Austral brother, the all-new Duster will
have a more box-shaped appearance. It also has Dacia's new, more streamlined
facia, which was implemented across the board as part of small facelifts last
year.
The new Duster retains its tough and all-terrain character.
The fascia is now bolder and more angular up front, with an upright bonnet that
flows into the updated slat grille. With LED DRLs that give the appearance of
being embedded into the grille and giving the headlights the connected light
bar impression, they too receive a makeover. Vertical air intakes with the
redesigned lower grille are seen on the lower bumper. When examined more
closely, a radar sensor and a camera can be seen behind the IRVM housing on the
windshield, indicating the presence of ADAS technology.
The SUV maintains a similar side description, with squared-off wheel arches and roof rails. 17-inch Smoke black alloy wheels were noticed on the Duster test mule. On the rear-quarter glass panel, there also exist rear door handle
The 2025 Duster's rear end will include a new tail
light arrangement along with other features including a shark fin antenna, an
enlarged roof spoiler with a high-mount stoplight lamp, a rear wiper, and an
updated rear bumper. Head mount stoplight lamp, a rear wiper, and an updated
rear bumper.
The new Duster, according to sources who spoke to our sister
site Autocar UK, will have a roomy cabin and a modular roof storage system that
can hold a tent for overnight stays. Under the 'Renaulution' change plan of its
parent Renault Group, Renault is working to make sure that the Duster lives up
to its reputation as an economical and capable vehicle while also expanding and
electrifying its product lineup.
By 2025, the next-generation Dacia Duster's larger,
three-row Bigster SUV, with its rugged styling, is expected to be revealed. It
will also use the CMF-B platform in combustion-engined and hybrid
configurations, with an electric variation utilising those underpinnings' EV
powertrain-capable version as a possibility.
The CMF-B design will serve as the foundation for the
following-generation Duster, which might be available as both ICE plus hybrid
variants. Regarding the Duster in India, the automaker most likely will also
offer an AWD system.
