Mahindra BE.09

The BE 09's size has not yet been made known to the general public. The electric SUV will be larger than the BE05 and BE07 models, though. The premier electric model from the manufacturer, the Mahindra BE.09, may end up being their global EV.

Simultaneous with the BE.05 and BE.07 SUV ideas, Mahindra also unveiled the "BE.09," a third electric vehicle. The BE09, which will be introduced under the new "BE" sub-brand, will probably be positioned above the BE.05 electric SUV. We predict that the company will introduce the SUV in 2027, although this has not yet been decided.

The new INGLO platform will support the BE.09 as well as all other XUV and BE electric SUVs. The new framework supports simultaneously an all-wheel-drive and a rear-wheel-drive arrangement, along with a flexible combination of engine. It options. The BE.09 will have a body style like that of a coupe with strong exterior design cues including a sculpted bumper, front and rear lights that are vertically stacked, body cladding, and squared tyre arches.

Batteries with a capacity of 60 to 80 kWhr, protected for a startling 175 kW fast-charge, and capable of charging up to 80% in under 30 minutes are to be expected. There will be options for rear-wheel and all-wheel drive, with corresponding power levels of 227 to 282 and 335 to 389 horsepower.

The BE.09 will include numerous display panels on the instrument panel, level 2 ADAS technology, 5G ability, and Car to Load (V2L) functionality, just like previous electric SUVs in the lineup.

Although the characteristics of the next BE 09 have not yet been made public, we may anticipate an all-digital infotainment screen, rotary knob, head-up display, and instrument cluster. The concept car has sporty bucket seats with wraparound headrests. In addition, it will gain rear-view cameras in place of ORVMs and other contemporary features, aerodynamic alloy wheels, and a contemporary look.

Launch:

The BE.09 SUV's dimensions and launch date have not yet been made public by Mahindra. However, we anticipate that it will debut some time in early 2027, following the introduction of BE.05.

The Mahindra BE 09, which costs between Rs 25 and Rs 30 lakh, is scheduled to go on sale soon. The date of release for the upcoming SUV has not yet been made official.
